B.B.C. Exchanges & Refunds
Once you have received your product(s) you have 60 days to submit an exchange or refund request and ship back the unwanted merchandise to us. Please visit our return page HERE to begin this process. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift cards are not refundable.
BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, UK, SPAIN, FRANCE, ITALY & AUSTRALIA
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 70 Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Generally, we will refund the full amount paid. Please note, shipping charges are not always reimbursable, we always try to help all customers, but if we can not find a reasonable reason we will hold on the shipping charges, this applies to orders with free shipping too.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items AND items purchased with a discount code:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/discounted items cannot be refunded. If you have purchased a sale item/discounted item that did not work out you can return it for a store credit. Once the the item is returned back to us we will issue you a Store Credit Code via email. Store Credit Codes may be used online.
