Our priority is your satisfaction. We are confident in the quality of our products and make all possible efforts to guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you consider that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@belgianboysclub.com . Let us know the purchase date, invoice number, a short description of the problem and if possible attach an image. We will evaluate if your product suffered a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement or refund (in the event the product is no longer available). A product can not be considered defective if the problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage.

PRICE AND TAX
Prices are quoted in Euros. All Checkout Prices for the European Union (EU) include sales taxes; there are no additional fees to pay at all. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
